We can offer you a free Training Needs Analysis conducted by one of our personnel advisory professional – at your premises, to agree your staff training needs and then arrange initial registration and advice and guidance sessions with relevant staff to agree an Individual Learning Plan. We can offer great flexibility in terms of when we start (as soon as you like), where it takes place (usually at your premises), and what times of day. As well as training in management and marketing we can also offer you support and training in personnel and HR matters, equality and employment legislation, business development and finance raising consultancy based on our successful experience helping over 1500 SME business this century provided by our team of SFEDI accredited consultants/ advisors. The Life Long Learning Centre delivers vocational training - accredited and non-accredited courses. We are very experienced in working with students of all ages and understand the obstacles that need to be overcome in order to achieve qualification. Eligibility: Working out whether you are eligible for training can differ depending on your circumstances. If you have registered and filled out your form, you will be given a list of what training or back to work programmes are available to you.
