We can help you with expert advice, information about age, equalities and employment legislation, plus practical support and training to staff to prepare them to find another job. We have been giving employers from all sectors practical advice on HR and personnel matters for 12 years now and in association with ACAS – the government’s experts – provided workshops and one-to-one support to help employers meet the employment equality requirements, including offering practical guidance and templates to customise policies, processes and systems related to all aspects of employment legislation. We are able to offer those staff that have been given redundancy notices free advice and guidance and group training in preparing them to get another job. Our support consists of job matching, employability training plus further specialist training once unemployed – R2R.
