I have been working in the banking sector in many areas. The most satisfying of which was as an executive assistant with my last company Credit Suisse. I found the role stimulating, interesting, and very varied. I am happy working in either small or large companies (I have experience of both) as I feel my experience and skills are well suited to both as I have a very ‘hands on can do’ attitude to life. I feel that my skills would very easily transfer across to other industries. The role was to support 4 senior directors including COO (on a 1:1 basis) and 3 others plus their teams (some of which were Front Office) totaling about 200 staff which made it a very busy role. This included diary management, trip booking, expense processing (Concur), preparing presentations etc. It can be seen from my CV that I also performed other duties such as floor/desk moves, IT / office supplies procurement; I was also the Operations Webmaster using SharePoint. I am looking for a role as an Executive or Personal Assistant or Office Administrator. As mentioned above this is a role which I enjoy and feel that I can add a great deal of value to due to my experience within office environments over the years in both small and large companies. (I was part of the ‘wind down’ team of 6 at BAII) I found that with this type of role I am never bored or feel over qualified. I built my last EA role up from the core requirements’ i.e. travel, expenses and diary management to encompass the administration of the Ops website, floor moves up to 600 people, many management reports, presentations and organizational charts using Excel and PowerPoint. You can see from my work record that I am loyal and do not ‘flit’ from company to company this gives me a solid understanding of the firms systems, people and culture. I would be very pleased to visit you and answer any questions you have in more detail. I also have extensive experience within operations covering controllers, reconciliations, scanning, sanctions, accounts, reporting (HO, Regulatory, Management) My salary is £37,500 I am available ASAP.
