  • We offer recruitment advice and support to help your organisation understand the new anti ageism law and to become more accessible and inclusive.
  • Former carer awareness training to help you keep abreast of current legislation and understand how to get the most from this group of caring and committed workers.
  • We provide you with up to six months post employment support once you employ one of our former carers. This includes enabling you to access free vocational training for your staff through our Train to Gain consortium.
  • Mentoring schemes to enrich and add value to your organisation, including offering candidates for work experience and work trials.
  • Local support to find the best people to fill your vacancies.
